Devotional
Nobody gets through life without falling. Not you, not the people you admire most, not the heroes of the Bible. Peter fell. Paul fell. David fell. And yet, God did not write any of them off. He met them in the mess, picked them back up, and kept moving with them. The Christian life is not about being perfect. It is not about having a spotless record or never making a mistake. It is about continuing to move toward Jesus, even when you are tired, even when you feel like you have failed too many times, even when the progress feels slow. Nothing can separate you from the love God has for you through Jesus Christ. Not your past, not your failures, not the words someone spoke over you, not the worst thing you have ever done. Nothing. That is not a motivational phrase. That is a promise rooted in the character of God Himself. So today, whatever you are carrying, you can set it down. You do not have to have it all figured out. You do not have to be perfect. You just have to keep moving toward Him, one day at a time, one step at a time. Other people do not get the first word over your life. God does. And what He says about you is that you are loved, you are not condemned, and there is still so much ahead. Keep pressing forward. Keep reaching. Just keep swimming.
Bible Verse
“I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 3:14
Reflection Question
What would it look like for you to take one small step toward Jesus today, even if you feel like you have been swimming against the current for a long time?

The Christian life is not about not failing. It’s about getting up and keep swimming towards Jesus. – Pastor Bo
