Devotional
The eighth commandment, ‘You shall not steal,’ is a profound reminder of God’s wisdom. It addresses one of the core issues in human culture: our relationship with money and possessions. We often forget that everything we have is not truly ours but belongs to God. We are merely stewards of His creation. When we start thinking that what we have is ours, we make wrong decisions and easily become thieves. This applies not just to the tithe but to everything we possess. ‘You shall not steal.’ – Exodus 20:15 “The moment you start to think that what you have is yours, you’ll start making wrong decisions, because it’s not yours. It’s God’s.”
Bible Verse
‘You shall not steal.’ – Exodus 20:15

Do you see your possessions as yours or as God’s? How does this perspective change the way you manage them?
